We specialize in homes rich with character, history, and stuff. We've seen it all and truly have a passion for finding new homes for all kinds of things but our expertise is in mid-century through late-20th-century estates—particularly items from the 1950s through the 1990s. That includes vintage clothing, books, magazines, ephemera, vinyl records, electronics, art, home décor, kitchenware, furniture, and toys.

We’re especially skilled at working with homes that feel overwhelming at first glance—farm homes, long-held family properties, and even homes filled with what some might call “junk.” In our world, those are often the most exciting sales.
